Hi, I have a Telwin, Bimax 105, Gasless Mig welder N 139759/00, The torch has a sticker attached with TW160, the nozzle number was not stamped correctly making numbers guess work as only the lower part is visible it appears to be TW040A. I'm using .8mm wire it dosen't get used often but the .9mm hole looks more like 1 x 2.5mm now. Can anyone suggest a suitable replacement nozzle please? Regards Damien.

Hi Damien, firstly welcome to forum and we hope that you will stick around for a while. Now to your question of which i don't quiet understand. I do not see where your problem is and i am going to take a guess that having an issue with the nozzle. Are you wanting to replace the nozzle because it it damaged or is it due to the size of the inside tip of which the wire hole has increased and the wire feeding out is touching the side of the nozzle.
The size of the torch handle or gun will generally only accept a standard nozzle deemed suitable by the manufacturer and the only real difference may be the length. The other thing is that with cheaper brand mig welding machines will be built to a price and therefore parts used will be cheap themselves and of a lower quality which may be the reason for tip hole to have increased in size. This will happen due to the wire been pushed through and eroding the tip. I hope this answer helps you and if not please rephrase with more info your question.
Again, welcome to the forum and its great to have a new member actually post a question.

Hi Dobre thanks for the reply, I have had the wire weld itself to the nozzle several times and assume tis is caused by thevery sloppy hole in the nozzle and i'd like to replace it, I am unsure whether nozzles have a standad size or even a standard thread. I was hoping to find what i need so i can oredr from All welding & Eng supplies as this is where i buy my wire, as i no longer drive and the shop is not easy to get to from my home in Springvale South. If it would be easier i could get a taxi to the shop and bring my nozzle for comparison. Regards Damien

Hi Damien, With that size mig machine the "gun" are usually small and obviously the nozzles are too. Because of this it is more likely for the wire to weld itself to the nozzle. Did you buy the welder from all welding? I will be going in that direction and i can drop in to all welding and see what parts are available to suit the telwin and pass on this info to you. Like i said i will be in that neck of the woods and if you like can come to your place and have a look at it for you. I'd be more than happy to help you and you can send me a PM (personal message) through the forum. A taxi fare there and back would be more than the price of the mig welder.

Hi Damien, I probally got something of that size in my toolbox. I will have a look in the morning and i can mail it to you if i got some lying around. A lot of these tips are generic and will suit most mig guns. I will send you a PM in the morning.
Dobre p.s that is a good size pic how did you reduce it to that size.?

Hi Dobre, The pic was processed with Photoshop 3 from Arcsoft, download it free here http://www.filetransit.com/download.php?id=13026 this program came with my first digi camera & I keep using it because it's simple. Another easy to use freeby is DC Enhance available here http://www.mediachance.com/digicam/enhancer.htm It will fix a lot of bad shots for colour focus etc.
If you like them it might be worth putting the links in pic section Cheers Damien

That does look like a standard thread. It does look very Binzel. I hope you found some. All Welding also has an acount with both Binzel (obviously) & also JW Ross . Though JW Ross wants $150 worth of goods to take an order which is a pain when wanting just a few helmet lenses of something.
